Yes. Send it exactly as you already use it, by WhatsApp or email. If you prefer more structure, the optional website planner organises the same details.
How much notice do you need?
Allow at least one week for locally sourced orders and at least two weeks for orders containing items flown from Europe. Larger or more complex requests may need longer.
How do substitutions work?
If an item is unavailable, Soualiga proposes an alternative. You approve every substitute before it is purchased.
Is sending my list a confirmed order?
No. Sending the list starts the conversation. Soualiga reviews availability, alternatives, costs, timing and delivery details with you before the order is confirmed.
