Provisioning guide

Prepare the list once.

A clearer provisioning request gives the team more to work with and reduces the questions that come back to the yacht.

Include the yacht or enquiry reference, marina or handoff location, required local date and time, quantities, preferred brands, pack sizes and any dietary or handling notes.

Mark exact-only items clearly. If alternatives may be proposed, explain the flexibility that is acceptable before sourcing begins.

Allow at least one week for local sourcing and at least two weeks for requests containing Europe-sourced items.

Before you send

Put these details on the list.

  • Yacht name or a clear enquiry reference
  • Current marina, anchorage or handoff location
  • Required date and local time
  • Quantities, brands and pack sizes where relevant
  • Dietary, temperature or handling notes
  • Specific allergen, dietary or handling requirements
Can I send my existing provisioning list?

Yes. Pasting the list you already use is the fastest way to start. Include quantities, brands and pack sizes where they matter.

How much notice do you need?

Allow at least one week for locally sourced orders and at least two weeks for orders containing items flown from Europe. Larger or more complex requests may need longer.

How do substitutions work?

If an item is unavailable, Soualiga proposes an alternative. You approve every substitute before it is purchased.

Is my request a confirmed order?

No. The request starts a review. Availability, substitutions, timing, price and delivery are confirmed before an order is accepted.

Where do you deliver?

Soualiga delivers to every marina across Sint Maarten and Saint-Martin and provides yacht-provisioning delivery to St Barth. Exact handoff details are confirmed with the request.

Do you have a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum order, although larger or more complicated requests should be sent as early as possible.

List ready?

Send it once.

Soualiga will review the sourcing, timing and delivery context.
